About Delaney Design
I'm Bob Delaney, and I own and operate Delaney Design from my office in Yarmouth, Maine. I've been living and working in the Greater Portland area since 1998 and have been working in the graphic design industry since my graduation with a BA in Advertising Design in 1985. During my 20+ years of experience in the graphic design industry, I have worked in print shops, corporate art departments, and ad agencies in the areas of both design and production. I've designed and produced everything from business cards to brochures and newsletters for fortune 500 companies. I have many years of hands-on experience using all the major design software applications - such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, and many others.
A Little History
Prior to launching my own graphic design consulting business in January 2002, I worked at DeLorme (located in Yarmouth, Maine) for over 3 years as their lead web designer. While employed there, I designed and maintained their public e-commerce and corporate web site, working with programmers and other designers in a team environment.
