Delaney Design offers digital imaging and archival printing services utilizing state-of-the-art digital imaging software and hardware. Services include:
- photo retouching and manipulation (film or digital images or photos)
- scanning of 35mm slides or negatives
- preparing images or graphics for print or online use
- fine art reproduction
- archival printing up to 13"x19" using pigment inks*

Archival Printing Detailed Info:
- Quantity discounts are per image (meaning multiple prints from the same image as opposed to a single print each of multiple images)
- Archival prints are made with genuine Epson UltraChrome K3 pigment inks on an Epson Stylus Photo R2880 printer using Epson or Red River Paper professional quality papers
- Combination of archival pigment inks and papers result in prints that will resist fading for up to 100 years and are industry standard quality suitable for fine art prints worthy of framing and displaying fine art photographs or artwork reproductions
- printing prices do not include artwork preparation, photo retouching, or color correction - all of which will be billed separately at a rate of $75/hour (in 15-minute increments).
Artwork Reproduction Services
Delaney Design can scan or photograph your artwork for use online or for making fine art prints (see above). Photographing artwork without getting any glare can be very challenging depending upon type of surface, size of piece, and/or texture (such as canvas), so please contact Delaney Design to discuss your artwork and to find out if it can be readily photographed for reproduction. Basic "pleasing color" correction is included with pricing below. Note that I will attempt to match colors as accurately as possible, but in some cases getting all colors to perfectly match is not always possible. I can also offer to make fine art prints for you (see prices above). Pricing for photographing or scanning your artwork follows:

*price includes basic "pleasing color" correction / prices are cumulative. For example, 3 originals would cost $110 to photograph and color correct ($40 + $40 + $30). Scanning is only an option for flat pieces up to a maximum size of 8-1/2" x 11" (letter size).
35mm Slide or Negative Scanning Services
Basic 35mm slide or negative scanning prices are for a scan starting at 1200 ppi (pixels per inch). Scans are made on an Epson Perfection V700 Photo scanner, and while that scanner is capable of scanning at up to 6400 ppi, I have found the vast majority of 35mm film is not capable of capturing enough detail to support a scan greater than 3600 ppi. And of course, at any resolution, the quality of the scans I can provide will depend upon the quality of the image. There are many factors that can result in bad scans, such as film quality, improper exposure of the image, out of focus images, etc.

- What's included: Cropping, straightening, and basic tonal adjustments are included in the price; also included is uploading of the finished scans to a cloud service (such as Google Drive or iCloud) where the client will be able to download the scans.
- What's not included: Any serious adjustments, color correction, and/or retouching of dust spots or scratches, if needed (and at the customer's discretion), are billed at a rate of $75/hour. If you request this service, assume an extra cost of roughly $5 - $7.50 per scan for typical film images; If you would like the scans put on a USB flash drive or burned to CD and mailed to you, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
